Sevval Sam - Karadeniz

Daughter of singer Leman Sam, Sevval Sam is one of the well-known faces of Turkish high-society, but not as an actress. Her mother being a famous singer, and her ex-husband being a famous national football player of Besiktas JK. She is also renowned for her striking physical features most notably her dark hair and ice-blue eyes.

Hi, I am a Turkish actress, singer and songwriter born in Istanbul. I sing in ten different languages and in a wide range of styles including fusion world music, Turkish classical music, traditional folklore music, classical jazz and musicals. I have starred in a number of popular sit-coms and dramas on TV and starred in one major Cannes award winning feature film. We are planning on making another feature film during the summer of 2007. I am currently presenting an arts & culture program and have recently featured in a BBC documentary with Michael Palin. When not working I enjoy mountain walking, swimming, roller-blading, horse riding, ski-ing, and motorcycling. I have a camper van and grab every opportunity I can to get into the countryside and enjoy nature.
